Sending a case to CrackDent is straightforward. We've designed our intake process to be as simple as possible so you can focus on your lab work while we handle the CAD design.
What files do we need? Send us your scan files in STL format. If you have multiple files (upper, lower, bite registration, antagonist), compress them into a single ZIP file before sending.
What information to include: Along with your scan files, please provide the tooth number(s), restoration type, material, shade (if applicable), and any special instructions or preferences.
How to send: You can send your files via WhatsApp, email, or through our contact form on the website. For large files, we recommend using a file-sharing link (Google Drive, WeTransfer, etc.).
What happens next? Once we receive your case, we'll confirm receipt and provide an estimated delivery time. Most cases are completed within 12–24 hours. You'll receive your design files in STL format, ready for milling.
